Order Processing Information

2. Once we process your order, if some of the items are out of stock, we will notify you as to when the item will be available. You will not be billed for any items until they have been shipped.

3. Once your order is processed, we will proceed with shipping. Shipments only in the continental USA.

Return Policy

1. An online receipt or packing slip dated within 30 days is required for all returns.

3. All returns for defective merchandise will be made for the same item.

4. All returns must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories.

5. All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer, not Focus Creations, Inc.

6. Refunds are given by the same method that the order was paid.

7. Shipping & Handling will not be refunded.
